  • Middleware fund ideas wanted

    The Ministry of Research, Science and Technology is requesting proposals on the distribution of $840,000 to support a grid computing and middleware initiative.

    The Government Budget 2008 allocated funding to develop capability around the use of KAREN. $840,000 (plus GST) of this funding was tagged to establish a national grid infrastructure and middleware tool initiative.
